WorkingInsight is intended to be reflective, provocative and interactive.

Work may be seen as:

• elusive given limited opportunities
• a necessary “evil” to pay one’s bills
• soul destroying

But work may also be:

• full of possibilities
• a means of sharing resources
• life giving

I believe that work is intended to be meaningful, enabling us to use our unique capabilities and talents and to be fully alive. Such work enriches our own lives and the lives of colleagues, family, friends and the communities in which we live.

Through WorkingInsight I’ll explore the meaning of work from different vantage points.  I invite readers to share their experiences that showcase work as transformational.
